On Sundays, I try to prepare for the coming week. There are many weeks that I don't prepare–and it shows. However, when I use one day to prepare, the week usually runs a lot smoother. Food preparation saves time and money during the hectic week. I can't make any promises (I'm human), but this year I am trying to stay on top of preparation. For the 90-day challenge, in particular, I will be spending an hour or two every Sunday to chop, slice, and store vegetables for the week.
